Coaching with John

Receiving mindfulness and meditation coaching with John will be an adventure in who you can become, making changes and having the life you choose.

John has lectured in mindfulness at Aberdeen University from where he gained his Masters in Mindfulness studies (2014). He has led workshops for Primary Care staff in the NHS, taught Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction courses to the public and has led Mindfulness in Nature retreats in the Italian Alps.

John is an educator, a teacher, trainer, coach and mentor. His person-centred, straight forward and pragmatic approaches are well liked by students of life, sports people, in life coaching and in learning mindfulness and meditation.

His vision is that everyone will experience nature and through movement and stillness, with awareness, come to know themselves clearer. With awareness people will take care of themselves, thereby enabling them to help others well.
